On Windows
For the first step, you need to open the Antivirus application on your computer.

After that, click on the Real-Time Scanning option.
Select the Turn Off button.
In addition, choose when you want to turn it back on, then click Turn Off.

On Mac
Initially, select the McAfee icon on the top right side of the menu bar.

Then, select the gear icon on the upper right side of the screen.
Now, go to the drop-down menu and select Real-Time Scanning.
After that, you need to disable the Real-Time Scanning toggle, click the lock icon, and enter the password when prompted to proceed.
